The licence selected on the product page forms part of the purchase. Ownership of the original intellectual property does not transfer to the buyer.
Rules that apply to every licence
The buyer may use the file only within the selected licence. The buyer must protect source files from unauthorised access, preserve creator attribution where stated, comply with motorsport regulations and independently validate dimensions, materials, fitment and safety-critical suitability. No licence permits use of trademarks, confidential vehicle data or third-party intellectual property beyond rights actually held by the creator.

Termination and mandatory rights
The licence ends if the buyer materially breaches it and does not remedy the breach after notice. Statutory rights and licences that cannot lawfully be restricted remain unaffected. A seller may grant additional written rights, but cannot remove rights already included in a completed purchase.
