Role Overview: We are looking for Corporate Services Coordinator to help with administrative support to the Corporate Services Team, providing a professional, friendly, and efficient Corporate Services experience for employees across Uniform, Wellbeing & Fitness and FOH services. Although multifaceted, the role will predominantly support the Corporate Services and Uniform Manager with clothing/uniform management ensuring all clothing and race uniform requirements for the business are met, accurately recorded and in budget, in addition to supporting the Wellbeing & Fitness Programme Executive with day-to-day administrative support to ensure complete operation efficiency across these services. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Manage clothing collections, returns, exchange and replacement requests in a timely and professional manner. Data management - Clothing software system.  Ensuring all data is accurately inputted and kept up to date. Ensure clothing areas are kept organised, presentable, and easy to navigate. Internal and external stakeholder and supplier relationship building, ensuring consistently high standard of customer service. Support Managers and other team members with day-to-day administration, including but not limited to raising of purchase orders, stock/inventory management, shared mailboxes, clothing homepage (Intranet), meeting minutes. P2P management, overseeing the full P2P process from quotation through to the completion of work. Including management of systems supporting the P2P process such as D365 and Exflow. Accurate handling of invoices, records, and schedules, maintaining organisational integrity. What Are We Looking For? Some desirable experience that you may bring to the role: Working within any of the following: Corporate services/Facilities/Fashion or Clothing retail. Stock/inventory management. Finance systems & Invoice handling. Knowledge & Skills Prior to the role it is essential that you demonstrate: Excellent administration skills. Strong attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office – Outlook/Excel/Word (Essential). Strong communication skills – Written/Verbal. Organisational and time management skills. Ability to deadlines.
