Join Our Team We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026. The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners. Practical, hands-on experience in a professional Motorsport environment Mentorship and support from experienced colleagues Exposure to real life F1 projects and business challenges Development of key employability skills Networking opportunities across the business Training & Development Structured onboarding programme Ongoing learning sessions / workshops Access to internal training resources Regular feedback and performance check-ins Your mission Assisting with the delivery and governance of transformation projects and initiatives Supporting project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and action follow-up Maintaining project and portfolio information within Jira Assisting with the preparation of dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership reviews Conducting data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation activities Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders across different business functions Preparing meeting materials, capturing actions, and helping ensure effective governance Learning and applying project management, business transformation, and PMO best practices Your profile Currently studying towards a degree in Business Management, Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics or a related discipline Experience in Formula Student advantageous Strong interest in project management, business transformation, organisational performance, or continuous improvement Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and a structured approach to work Good communication and teamwork skills Eagerness to learn and take initiative Familiarity with project management tools, data analysis, Power BI, or Jira is advantageous Ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a fast moving and dynamic environment We are an equal opportunities employer.
