About the role

Job Description Key responsibilities Support the design, automation, execution and continuous improvement of risk-based responsible sourcing compliance processes, controls and procedures. Research supply-chain due diligence, supplier compliance, human rights, environmental responsibility, regulatory developments and other responsible sourcing risks; translate findings into program updates. Analyze supplier, commodity, country and documentation data to identify trends, gaps, emerging risks and opportunities for intervention. Track supplier findings, corrective action plans, mitigation activities, escalations and closure evidence, following up with stakeholders to support timely resolution. Prepare concise dashboards, scorecards, reports and executive-ready materials that communicate program performance, risk exposure and recommended actions. Partner with procurement and supplier-facing teams to promote awareness, adoption and consistent execution of responsible sourcing expectations. Develop and maintain process documentation, standard work, training materials, FAQs and other resources that improve consistency, scalability and stakeholder experience. Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous-improvement initiatives, including data-quality improvements, workflow efficiency, reporting automation and compliance readiness; exercise sound judgment when documenting risk and escalating matters for leadership, Legal or Compliance review. Required qualifications 2 years of experience in compliance, responsible sourcing, supply chain, procurement, risk management, audit, supplier management or a related discipline Experience analyzing information from multiple sources and translating findings into clear recommendations. Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with audiences ranging from working teams to senior leaders. Proficiency with Google suite; experience creating reports, dashboards or data-driven presentations. Ability to work independently, use sound judgment and make progress with moderate direction in an evolving environment. Demonstrated integrity, discretion and attention to detail when handling sensitive business and supplier information. Willingness to work collaboratively across functions, regions and cultures. Must be willing to travel 10-15% Domestically Preferred qualifications Bachelors Degree Experience with implementation of supplier compliance platforms embedded into purchasing processes. Experience developing and implementing compliance governance and related work instructions/ documentation. Experience working with procurement, supplier relationship management or supply-chain data and systems. Experience with data visualization, workflow improvement or process automation. Familiarity with due diligence frameworks, supplier codes of conduct, international labor standards or human-rights principles. Professional certification in compliance, supply chain, audit, risk or a related field. Core competencies Analytical problem solving: Possesses strong data analysis skills through Google suite. Uses facts, data and structured analysis to identify root causes, assess risk and recommend practical solutions. Strong Compliance judgment: Interprets requirements thoughtfully, recognizes potential issues and escalates appropriately. Influence and collaboration: Builds productive relationships and drives alignment without relying solely on formal authority. Execution and accountability: Converts plans into measurable actions and follows through to closure. Communication: Makes complex topics understandable, concise and actionable for different audiences. Adaptability: Performs effectively amid changing regulations, business priorities, data quality and stakeholder needs. Continuous improvement: Challenges inefficient processes and develops scalable ways of working. What success looks like Independently manage assigned responsible sourcing compliance workstreams and deliver accurate, timely outputs. Improve automated visibility into supplier risk, open findings, remediation status and program performance. Build trusted working relationships with GPSC, procurement, suppliers and cross-functional partners. Contribute practical process, reporting or data improvements that strengthen program consistency and efficiency. Provide well-supported analysis and recommendations that help leaders prioritize risk and make informed decisions.
