The BCDC Alpha100 R is a 12v, 100A DC-DC battery charger perfect for charging batteries used in a range of recreational vehicles. With a combination of DC and solar charging, it’s the perfect solution for caravan, camper trailer and 4x4 power so you can adventure for longer. Using power from your vehicle’s alternator or solar, the BCDC Alpha’s built in Green Power Priority™ minimises the load on your alternator, prioritising solar input and saving fuel. When paired with the included Smart Battery Monitor, the BCDC Alpha100 R can distinguish between current sent to your battery and to the loads in your system. If the Charge Current is set below maximum, the charger taps into this unused current to supply your system’s loads directly, minimising reliance on your battery. The result? Less demand on your battery and an extended lifespan for worry-free adventures.
