KG 508 is the result of top-level design and engineering, specifically developed to minimize drag. Its innovative venturi conduit accelerates and diverts airflow away from the driver, achieving an additional 2% reduction in overall drag. The product design utilizes CFD simulations, but track testing has also been conducted using specialized "pitot tubes" that measure air pressure and speed. This has proven the effectiveness of the conduit, as it is capable of "blowing" the exit flow toward the driver, reducing the pressure the driver generates and improving the dynamics of airflow. At 125 km/h, the speed differential between the inlet and outlet flow is an impressive 7 meters/second, equating to more than a 25 km/h difference.
