About the role

What You'll Be Doing As a CNC Setter/Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring our production cells operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: Setting and operating CNC turning centres in a fast-paced production environment. Selecting tooling, setting offsets, preparing work holding, and safely proving out new and existing jobs. Producing components to engineering drawings and customer specifications. Performing first-off and in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment. Troubleshooting machining issues, responding to machine alarms, and maintaining production output. Working closely with the production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, organisation, and workplace safety.
