You’ll learn laminating and cutting-edge skills work with advanced materials, and gain experience with technologies such as autoclaves, molds, carbon fiber layups, structural bonding, and more. Key Responsibilities You’ll be hands-on from day one, learning and contributing to: You’ll dive into hands-on work from day one, supported by in-house training to help you build your skills and confidence. Your daily work will include: Learning and performing laminating and vacuum-bagging of carbon fiber and other composite materials Train in working with autoclaves and ovens to cure advanced thermoset systems Get hands on experience in the building and assembly of composite components, substructures, skins, and honeycomb cores Cutting, trimming, bonding, and finishing composite parts to precise specifications Gain knowledge in how to Interpret blueprints, drawings, and ply schedules with guidance as needed Grow your abilities in helping create master molds and patterns Maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and attention to detail Collaborating closely with supervisors, leads, and QA to meet project timelines and quality expectations Keeping your work area safe, clean, and organized Participating in continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen, GEAR and ISO-based processes What We’re Looking For You don’t need to be an expert — you just need the right mindset: Skills & Abilities Comfortable use of tools: sanders, grinders, cutters, drills, gram scales, scissors, knives and other power tools. Willingness to learn how to read drawings and follow detailed instructions Motivated in problem-solving and hands-on skills Understanding of composite materials, resins, and ratios (or willingness to learn!) Basic computer knowledge Personal Qualities Motivated and eager to learn new techniques Enjoy working with a group. Team-oriented, dependable, and safety-focused Passionate about building cool things — especially motorsport-related components What You’ll Learn Here We invest in your growth.
