About the role

POSITION SUMMARY Multimatic is looking for a high-impact IT Analyst to play a key role in advancing our next-generation reporting, analytics, data governance and AI capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of business architecture, SAP S/4HANA, finance, analytics, and emerging AI technologies, supporting initiatives across SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Joule and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC). You will partner closely with business, finance and IT teams to transform data into meaningful insights, support enterprise decision-making and contribute to strategic digital transformation initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Data Reporting & Analytics Contribute to the design and evolution of enterprise data models and reporting. Support implementation of SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) for unified data access and analytics enablement. Partner with technical teams on data models, reporting design and analytics delivery. Lead testing, validation and business acceptance activities. Establish and maintain data governance standards, including data quality, lineage and ownership. AI Enablement & Intelligent Automation Identify and implement practical AI use cases within SAP and enterprise reporting environments. Support the rollout and adoption of SAP Joule and AI-assisted analytics capabilities. Evaluate AI use cases that improve reporting, analysis and operational efficiency. Help drive adoption of new reporting tools, AI capabilities and data-driven processes across the enterprise. Reporting & Dashboarding Support Facilitate discussions to gather reporting requirements and align on data and analytics priorities. Translate complex data into clear, executive-level insights to deliver high-quality reports and dashboards. Support variance analysis, KPIs, and scenario modeling to enable data-driven business decisions. Project Delivery, Transformation & Stakeholder Engagement Participate or lead data-related project initiatives, including enhancements and reporting transformations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and align on data and analytics priorities. Support PMO governance processes, including scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science  or related field. 3+ years of experience with enterprise software systems. Experience with reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data management solutions. Solid understanding of data management, reporting, and general business processes. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work across business and technical teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. PREFERRED SKILLS Exposure to AI-enabled business processes. Exposure to financial reporting and performance management solutions. Manufacturing or enterprise-scale business experience. Working Environment Location : Onsite This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
