Join Our Team We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team.  Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026.   The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.  What you need? This is a temporary role for a duration of 12 months with possible extension; start date: ASAP Why Join Us? Your mission Working closely with hiring managers to understand the business needs and decide on the best recruitment strategy tailored to each role Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job intake and sourcing to offer negotiation Proactively sourcing and engaging qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct search Conducting candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit Providing a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiringprocess Ensuring recruitment activities are compliant with internal policies and applicable employment regulations Monitoring recruitment metrics and continuously identifying opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency Your profile A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Several years of operational, hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition At least 5 years of demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and levels Strong active sourcing skills and experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter Good experience with different applicant tracking systems, and other recruitment tools (preferrably SAP based) Very good knowledge of MS Office in particular Excel Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders A proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset with a high level of integrity Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making Motivated team player with high levels of professionalism, quality and confidentiality Fluency in English and German We are an equal opportunities employer.
