Cadillac Formula 1 Team has appointed Frontieras North America as its Official Energy Transformation Partner under a new multi-year global agreement.

The two companies announced the partnership on 19 October. The commercial value, precise duration, branding inventory and activation calendar were not disclosed.

Frontieras says it will use Formula 1's international platform to build awareness among race audiences, institutions, investors and potential long-term partners. Cadillac described the agreement as bringing American energy innovation closer to the track, but neither party announced a supply contract, a defined technical workstream or a product deployment on the race car.

That distinction matters because Frontieras' release includes only forward-looking language about possible discussions concerning the development or integration of its technology and derived products into the team's vehicles, operations or racing activity. It also states that any such programme would remain subject to technical feasibility, testing, validation and a separate agreement. MRI is therefore treating the announcement as a partnership rather than evidence of a confirmed engineering installation.

Frontieras is a Houston-based energy and environmental technology company developing a patented process called FASForm. The company says the process can convert coal and other hydrocarbons into fuels, fertilisers and industrial chemicals. Its own legal notice says the technology has completed pilot testing but has not yet operated at commercial scale.

For Cadillac, the deal adds another specialist partner to the commercial platform created around its first Formula 1 season. For Frontieras, it provides a global marketing association with a new American entrant while leaving the practical motorsport scope to be defined.

The article is linked to Cadillac's exact MRI profile and its approved logo. MRI found no exact Frontieras directory profile and has not attached an unrelated record. No reusable first-party feature-image permission was established, so the report is published without an image.
