TGR Haas F1 Team has signed a multi-year partnership with Dynamo Capital, a US private lender specialising in finance for real-estate investors.

Haas announced the agreement on 20 October ahead of its home United States Grand Prix. The team said the relationship is focused on North America and will be used to engage fans, clients and investors. It did not disclose the fee, exact rights package, branding positions, activation calendar or the final contract year.

Dynamo Capital is a boutique lender rather than a motorsport engineering supplier. The release does not identify a technical service, team-financing facility or property transaction connected to Haas. MRI has therefore classified the announcement as a commercial sponsorship, not a financial or operational programme for the race team.

The timing gives Dynamo an immediate association with the team’s home-market race while placing the brand inside a longer Formula 1 rights package. Haas said the agreement is intended to strengthen its presence in the United States, where the team has its headquarters in Kannapolis, North Carolina, despite also operating from Banbury and Maranello.

For Dynamo, the value proposition is business development around Formula 1’s US audience and hospitality environment. For Haas, the deal adds a North American company to a partner portfolio that has recently expanded across licensing, technology and consumer activations.

The commercial test will be whether both parties publish repeatable activity after the Austin launch. No audience targets, lead-generation measures or market-by-market delivery plan were included in the announcement, so those outcomes cannot yet be assessed.
