TGR Haas F1 Team has appointed TENEX.AI as an official partner under a multi-year agreement covering cybersecurity operations across the team’s global digital infrastructure.
Haas says TENEX.AI will provide a human-led Security Operations Centre capability and automated threat detection operating continuously throughout the year. The published scope includes factory systems, trackside networks and the digital infrastructure used to move engineering and telemetry data between locations.
The supplier describes its service as agentic AI supported by named human analysts. According to the team, automated systems will investigate alerts and stop clear attacks, while consequential decisions remain with an analyst. Haas also says its data will remain in the team’s own environment and that actions will be visible and auditable.
Those statements describe the intended operating model. The release does not disclose the platform architecture, security controls, incident history, response-time commitments, staffing level, data residency arrangement or independent assurance. It also does not identify a previous supplier or state whether the agreement replaces an existing service.
The appointment has a visible sponsorship component. TENEX.AI branding will feature on the engine cover and halo of the VF-26. The partnership starts around the 2026 United States Grand Prix, but the companies have not published the rights fee, technology budget, exact term or rollout milestones.
Cybersecurity is relevant to Formula 1 operations because design, manufacturing, telemetry, commercial and event systems depend on connected infrastructure. The announcement does not, however, claim that TENEX.AI will control race strategy, vehicle systems or FIA-regulated timing data. MRI has therefore reported the defined security-operations scope without extending it to unconfirmed applications.
The article is linked to Haas’s exact MRI profile and will use its approved logo. No reusable first-party feature-image permission was established, so the article is published without an image.
