Building Services Project Manager
The Building Services Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of construction and building services projects across the Red Bull Campus, ensuring mechanical, electrical and associated building systems are designed, installed, commissioned and handed over in line with business requirements.
Must have
- Planning, scheduling and workload-prioritisation capability
- Confident coordination across technical, production and supplier teams
- Accurate reporting and delivery against deadlines
- Proven ownership of complex work and confidence guiding others
Preferred
- Planning experience in motorsport or low-volume manufacturing
- ERP, MRP or project-planning systems experience
About the role
The Building Services Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of construction and building services projects across the Red Bull Campus, ensuring mechanical, electrical and associated building systems are designed, installed, commissioned and handed over in line with business requirements. The role combines project management responsibilities with specialist Building Services expertise. In addition to managing a portfolio of projects, the Building Services Project Manager acts as the Projects Team's primary point of contact for Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) matters, providing technical leadership, design assurance and guidance across projects delivered by other Project Managers.
