Join Our Team We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026. The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners. Become part of this unique project and make motorsport history. This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland). Why Join Us? Your mission Strengthening Corporate Controlling by preparing and interpreting all financial data to ensure maximum transparency, securing efficient short- and long-term corporate management. Acting as the central point of contact for all commercial and financial matters within the Supply Chain department and supporting stakeholders with data-driven insights. Taking full responsibility for financial planning, budgeting, and month-end closing processes within the assigned operational area. Preparing monthly financial reports and rolling forecasts in close cooperation with cost center managers to monitor the achievement of targets. Continuously evaluating, improving, and expanding internal financial processes to increase efficiency and adapt them to changing operational requirements. Your profile Successfully completed degree in business administration (University/FH/HF) or an equivalent professional qualification. Strong financial experience, preferably in a controlling function within the industrial or manufacturing sector. Sound knowledge and experience with the SAP ERP system, with a clear focus on the SAP FI/CO modules. Excellent proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally experience with modern data architectures and tools (e.g., Power BI, KNIME). Strong analytical mindset and skill in handling complex, extensive datasets. Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. Independent, precise, and goal-oriented way of working with a high level of service orientation. Communicative, assertive, and proactive team player with a strong solution-oriented mindset.
