Production Controller (PU)

Must have
- Strong workflow, reporting and cross-functional coordination skills
- Ability to translate operational needs into clear priorities and actions
- Confident stakeholder communication and delivery tracking
Preferred
- Relevant agile, project, business-analysis or systems qualification
- Experience in a technical, manufacturing or motorsport organisation
About the role
We are continuing an exciting new era as we take on our first season in Formula 1. Powered by the best internal combustion engine (ICE) on the grid, we are pushing the boundaries of performance, innovation and teamwork at the highest level of motorsport. In this role, you’ll be at the centre of our world-class power unit production facility, managing demand and orchestrating the smooth scheduling of our V6 and single cylinder engine assembly programs. Ensuring the right components arrive at the right time to turn ambitious project plans into reality. Managing and prioritising hardware, allocations and build shop capacity plans with precision.
