DUQUEINE has appointed Memphis-based Forbush Performance as its official North American distributor for the manufacturer’s LMP3 programme.
IMSA announced the arrangement on 14 October 2026. Forbush will provide domestic parts availability, customer support and trackside service, while Duqueine plans to send a factory representative from France to every IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge event in 2027.
Distribution agreement adds local customer support
The programme is intended to shorten the support chain for North American teams running Duqueine’s prototype platforms. The parties specifically identified chassis, parts, trackside assistance and access to engineering support as areas covered by the new structure.
Forbush Performance already operates the No. 18 Duqueine D09 in the IMSA development series. It will continue that entry and maintain personnel and equipment for a second Duqueine, creating capacity for a customer seeking a turnkey race programme.
The announcement does not disclose distributor territory exceptions, inventory value, contract duration, commercial margins, customer pricing or the cost of the additional factory presence.
Expansion aligns with IMSA’s endurance format
IMSA says its VP Racing SportsCar Challenge will move to seven endurance events in 2027, with races lasting from 90 minutes to three hours. Duqueine presented the distributor appointment and factory attendance as support for existing customers and a platform for additional entries under that format.
Performance figures and championship results cited in the release describe the 2026 season; they do not guarantee demand or results in 2027. MRI has therefore limited the verified development to distribution, service capacity and factory engineering presence.
